MEREVON offers two delivery options, allowing you to choose between faster arrival or a substantially lower purchase cost.
Fast Delivery
Estimated timeframe: 8–12 days from order completion.
Our Fast Delivery option is designed for customers who want their massage chair as soon as reasonably possible.
The applicable delivery price will be confirmed for your chosen chair and destination.
Economy Delivery
Estimated timeframe: approximately 7–8 weeks from order completion.
If you're flexible about delivery time, Economy Delivery can provide a significant saving.
Depending on the model and destination, the difference can be approximately £1,000 compared with Fast Delivery.
Actual savings vary, so the applicable price and timeframe will be displayed or confirmed for your particular order.
The Chair Is the Same
Choosing Economy Delivery does not mean receiving a lower-specification chair.
The product is the same.
The difference is the freight method and delivery timeframe.

Setup
MEREVON does not currently provide an in-home installation service.
However, your chair is supplied with its setup and operating manual inside the packaging.
Depending on the model, some chairs arrive substantially assembled and may only require selected components to be attached or connected.
Always follow the manual supplied with your specific model.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Large-item freight can occasionally be affected by carrier schedules, customs, severe weather, port disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will keep you informed.
For online orders, the general statutory rule is delivery within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer. This is why the 7–8 week Economy option needs to be clearly disclosed and agreed before purchase, rather than appearing only after checkout.
