What is a 4D massage chair?

What is the difference between 3D and 4D massage?
Both can control roller depth on compatible systems. 4D technology typically adds more sophisticated variation of massage speed and rhythm. Actual implementation differs by manufacturer and model, so specifications should be compared rather than relying solely on the “4D” label.
What is an SL-track massage chair?
An SL-track combines the curved profile associated with an S-track with extended travel towards the seat area. This allows the roller mechanism to cover a larger area than many traditional back-only systems.
What does zero gravity mean?
Zero gravity refers to a reclined chair position designed to support and distribute the body comfortably. Depending on the model, there may be one or several zero-gravity positions.
Will a massage chair fit a tall person?
It depends on the model. Check the recommended user-height range and leg-extension specification on the individual product page. If you're particularly tall or short, contact us before ordering and we can help compare models.
How much space does a massage chair need?

Will it fit through my door?

Do MEREVON massage chairs require professional installation?
No professional installation service is currently provided by MEREVON. The chair includes setup instructions in the packaging, and setup can be completed by following the instructions for your particular model.
Is the instruction manual included?
Yes. Every MEREVON massage chair includes its applicable instruction manual inside the package.
How long does delivery take?
We currently offer two delivery routes.
Fast Delivery: approximately 8–12 days from order completion.
Economy Delivery: approximately 7–8 weeks, potentially reducing the overall price by around £1,000 on selected orders/models.

Why is Economy Delivery so much cheaper?
Massage chairs are unusually large and heavy. Faster international freight is considerably more expensive than slower freight methods. Economy Delivery allows customers who are prepared to wait longer to benefit from the lower transportation cost.
The chair itself is the same regardless of the selected delivery method.
Can I track my order?
Tracking and delivery updates will be provided where available. The type of tracking can differ between Fast and Economy freight services.
Can I return my massage chair?
For eligible UK online consumer purchases, you generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period after receiving the goods. Because massage chairs are oversized products, customers may be responsible for the direct return freight cost for non-faulty returns where this has been properly disclosed. What if my chair develops a fault?
